IDC Premier Co., Ltd. began as a group of independent computer writers who together established Infopress publishing house in 1999, producing computer and information technology manuals.

In its early years, the company produced only books. Later, due to the overwhelmingly positive reception of its work from clients, it expanded its scope from book production to include magazines, educational CD-ROMs, and a distribution unit for these products . To reach the rapidly growing readership nationwide, the publishing house , InfoPress, was rebranded as IDC InfoDistributor Center Co., Ltd. in 2002.

Later, the company expanded its content scope from computer-related content to other areas such as investment, business administration, religion, foreign languages, educational comics, and children's and youth education. Therefore, it changed its name to IDC Premier Company Limited in 2010.

Over the years, the company has invested in establishing three subsidiary companies to effectively meet the needs of its customers.   

iSquare Co., Ltd.,   established in December 1999, operates in the digital content business and owns the website www.techxcite.com.

Think Beyond Books Co., Ltd. was established in March 2010. The company operates in the business of publishing knowledge and educational books under the name ThinkBeyond Books.

Cattif Co., Ltd. was established in February 2014 and provides software and application development services for digital commerce.

Since its founding, IDC Premier Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies have remained committed to quality, continuous improvement, and adapting to meet customer needs in a way that truly satisfies them.
